【Okinawa/Main Office】General Maintenance Technician

Work Contents Main work is maintenance service related to various mechanical and electrical equipment. Work may also include:
・Manage and supervise site workers
・Make quotation
・Manage small-size construction
・Coordinate work with customers and sub-contractors
・Site Quality and Safety control
・Project documentation
・On-call maintenance (Rotation)
Required Skills
and Experience
・Electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting.
・Business level English (Reading, Writing and Speaking) 
・No Japanese skill required but preferred
Required License ・Generator / Boiler / Compressor License preferred
・Liquefied Petroleum Gas Equipment Technician is a plus
・Standard Japanese Driver's license preferred
・Legal resident of Japan (Resident / Work Permit)
Work Location Ginowan City, Okinawa
Salary 160,000-220,000 JPY per month
Qualification Allowance 5,000~50,000JPY (Depends on kinds of license/qualification)
Commuting Allowance Applicable when one-way distance is over 2km (Up to30,000JPY per month)
** Free parking lot is available
Working Hours 8:00-17:00 (1hour lunch break)
* There might be some overtime work.
Holidays Saturdays, Sundays, Other days as specified by the company (120 non-working days per year)
** 10 days of annual leave will be provided when 6 months of service is completed.
Bonus Twice a year (July and December)
Base salary x 2.0 total (Results from previous year is 2.85)

We are a general construction company that serves mainly U.S. military bases and foreign-affiliated companies is looking for an accountant.
This is a global work environment where about half of the employees are foreign nationals.

Specific job duties
- Accounting
・Handling of expense reimbursement
・Petty cash management
・Financial institution/payment support
・Handling of inquiries from inside and outside the company, etc.
