Work Contents | Support various coordination tasks, mainly interpreting between internal and external parties at construction sites on U.S. military bases or public facilities and buildings. - Creating project related documents in both English and Japanese under the supervison. - Providing a support with coordination of project schedule and activities. - Translation/Interpretation from English to Japanese and vice versa. - Communicating with customers via email in both English and Japanese. |
Required Skills and Experience |
Experience using MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) in the workplace. < Preferred > ・Work experience as a translator or interpreter ・Basic knowledge of construction |
Required License | ・Proficient in using MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and MS Project scheduling ・Japanese Driver's License, Required. ・Business level Japanese (conversation, reading and writing) ・Business level English (conversation, reading and writing) ・Legal resident of Japan (Resident / Work visa) |
Work Location | Tokyo Branch Office (Project on-site) |
Salary | 200,000-350,000JPY per month |
Qualification Allowance | 5,000-50,000JPY (Depends on kinds of license/qualification) |
Commuting Allowance | Expenses are reimbursed. **POV commute is conditionally allowed. |
Working Hours | 8:00-17:00 (1hour lunch break) ** There might be some overtime work |
Holidays | Saturdays, Sundays, Other days as specified by the company ** 10 days of annual leave will be provided when 6 months of service is completed. |
Bonus | Twice a year (July and December) Base salary x 3.3 total (Results from previous year) |
