■Project manager work in the maintenance department
-Daily site management and quality control of field technicians
-Coordinate and Supervise Minor Construction Project
-Obtaining cost estimates from vendors and calculating costs for repairs and projects
-Scheduling and attending meetings with US government, in-house personnel, and subcontractors.
-Reviewing reports
-Conduct other work associated thereto

- Required Skills and Experience
・Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
・Experience as a project manager is a plus- Required License
・Japanese Driver's License
・Business-level English and Japanese skills required for conversation, reading and writing
(*Indication of skill level: TOEIC 750 or higher/JLPT N2 and higher)
・Legal resident of Japan (Resident / Work visa)- Work Location
- Ginowan City, Okinawa *Work location may change due to personnel changes such as reassignment, transfer, and secondment.
- Salary
200,000-275,000JPY per month
※Salary is determined by skills and experience- Qualification Allowance
5,000-50,000JPY (Depends on the type of license/qualification)
TOEIC scored over 900: 10,000yen (Non-native english speaker only)
*If you have valid Japanese government issued licenses, such as Denki Kojishi (Electrician) and Haikan Gijyutsusya (Pulumbing Engineer) etc., qualified for the allowance- Commuting Allowance
Applicable when one-way distance is over 2km (Up to30,000JPY per month)
** Free parking lot is available- Working Hours
8:00~17:00 (1hour lunch break)
** There might be some overtime work- Holidays
Saturdays, Sundays, Other days as specified by the company (124non-working days per year)
** 10 days of annual leave will be provided when 6 months of service is completed.- Bonus
Twice a year (July and December)
Base salary x 2.0 total (Results from previous year is 3.0)- Pay Raise
Once a year (Spring)
