Hourly paid system

Annual paid leave can be taken in hourly increments.

Congratulations and condolence money

All employees will be invited to apply for and draw tickets to watch the Ryukyu Golden Kings game, and the winners will receive tickets as a gift!

Club activities

Currently, touring clubs, gardening clubs, basketball clubs, Ikezap clubs, etc. are active at each business site. You can also create new sections! (There is a subsidy system for activity expenses)

English class/Japanese class (held once each week)

Work clothes and safety shoes provided

If it's within your budget, you can pre-order for replacement. If it is damaged or soiled, it can be replaced regardless of your budget. You can order safety shoes according to your preference by looking at the company's catalog (within 10,000 yen).
