U.S. Military Construction
Safe Execution.
Assured Quality.
Our mission is to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget—while exceeding client expectations for quality and performance.
We support the construction, renovation, and maintenance of mission-critical facilities including schools, parks, fire stations, roadways, and supporting infrastructure. Regardless of project size or complexity, our teams execute to the highest industry standards.
AEC’s engineers, project managers, quality control managers, and safety professionals prioritize risk management and regulatory compliance at every phase. We operate in accordance with both U.S. federal and Japanese legal frameworks, managing the full lifecycle of each project—from design coordination and construction through renovation, infrastructure upgrades, demolition, and repair.
All quality management activities align with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Construction Quality Management program.
AEC is the only American construction company certified under the Construction Occupational Health and Safety Management System (COHSMS) by the Japan Construction Occupational Safety and Health Association (JCOSHA). To maintain this certification, we undergo rigorous external audits and active jobsite inspections.
Construction Solutions Built on U.S.–Japan Compliance
AEC delivers construction services that meet the standards of both the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and Japan’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT).
Our ability to operate seamlessly within both regulatory systems enables us to support U.S. military projects as well as broader domestic and international requirements. By combining technical expertise, disciplined project management, and client-focused coordination, we deliver solutions built on trust and accountability.
Comprehensive Safety Management
Safety is embedded in our operational culture.
In addition to maintaining COHSMS certification through JCOSHA, we strictly enforce compliance with USACE safety requirements, including EM 385-1-1. Through structured planning, job hazard analysis, and continuous oversight, we proactively prevent incidents and maintain secure work environments.
Skilled Field Workforce and Leadership Development
Our field teams are led by experienced supervisors familiar with the specialized construction practices required for U.S. military projects.
This expertise allows us to maintain high workmanship standards and respond quickly to operational changes or urgent conditions. We also invest in developing the next generation of field leaders to ensure continuity, technical depth, and long-term performance stability.
Full-Scope Military Infrastructure Delivery
AEC manages the complete lifecycle of U.S. military infrastructure projects—from design coordination and new construction to renovation, repair, and demolition.
Across every phase, we are committed to delivering superior quality, maintaining the highest standards of operational safety, protecting project schedules, and exercising disciplined cost control. These principles guide our execution and reinforce the trust placed in us by our clients.
