On April 1st, 2026, American Engineering Corporation (AEC) held its annual induction ceremony for our newest graduate cohort.

This year, we welcomed 20 new members across a wide range of roles—from technical experts like Project and IT Engineers and skilled on-site technicians (Electrical/Plumbing) to the essential Coordinators (Interpreters) and Admin staff who ensure our projects run smoothly.
Messages from the Leadership
The ceremony opened with a warm welcome from our President, who shared insights from his early career.
He emphasized our “Safety First” culture: “In construction, if safety is compromised, the entire project stops. Safety is the absolute rule that takes precedence over all else.”
This resonated with everyone, from site technicians to office support.
One of Our Department managers then spoke on the practical importance of “Hou-Ren-Sou” (Report-Contact-Consult): “Mistakes are not the problem; failing to report them is.
Diligent reporting ensures smooth communication and consultation.” This reminder that transparency prevents major accidents hit home for our recruits.

Determination and Collaboration
During their introductions, the new hires shared their aspirations.
A common theme was the commitment to teamwork: “I want to ensure close coordination with my seniors and colleagues.” At AEC, cross-functional collaboration is vital.
Their eagerness to grow while supporting one another was a refreshing reminder for our senior staff to lead by example.

From Jitters to Smiles
Following the ceremony, a casual lunch with department heads helped ease first-day jitters.

Candid conversations about real-world field experiences helped the new hires feel like part of the AEC family.

Looking Ahead
AEC’s strength lies in our multidisciplinary team. We look forward to seeing these 20 members hone their skills and embody our Mission and Vision.
To ensure every new employee can build a successful professional career, we have established a three-week training program and are committed to providing our full support as a company.
Individual interviews with our new members are coming soon. Stay Tuned!
