Work Contents

This role involves providing project execution support, primarily through interpretation and translation, acting as a liaison between site personnel, subcontractors, and U.S. military personnel during construction and renovation projects conducted within U.S. military bases.
Primary duties include:
・Interpretation at construction sites and meetings
・Drafting and sending/receiving English and Japanese emails
・Handling phone calls and visitors
・Escorting partner companies within the base and preparing related documents (driving duties included)
・General administrative duties at the site office
・Assisting with the creation and submission of English documents

While utilizing Japanese and English to develop business skills and acquire specialized knowledge in the construction industry, you can also aim to become a bilingual site manager or construction manager in the future.

※Any other duties as assigned by the company

You will gain fundamental business skills while engaging in back-office operations within the company.

Required Skills and Experience

・Must have English and Japanese language skills (speaking, reading, writing)
・Proficiency in basic computer operations
・Those confident in their physical stamina

Required License

・Japanese standard automobile driver's license

・TOEIC(800 and above)
・N1

Work Location
Tokyo: Yokota Air Base Kanagawa: Yokosuka Naval Base, Camp Zama, Atsugi Air Base. Tokyo Branch Office etc. *Your residential area will be taken into consideration *Your work location may change due to personnel transfers, reassignments, or secondments
Salary

【University Graduate】
¥220,000

【Junior College/Vocational School Graduate】
¥200,000

【High School Graduate】
¥175,000

*The above figures represent base salaries. Allowances (Regional Allowance: ¥15,000~¥35,000) and bonuses are paid separately.

Qualification Allowance

The amount will vary depending on the type of license or qualification.

(Example)
・TOEIC 900 points or higher or Eiken Grade 1: ¥10,000
・(For foreign nationals) Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT N1): ¥10,000
Etc.

*Maximum amount: ¥50,000

Commuting Allowance

Applicable when one-way distance is over 2km (Up to 30,000JPY per month)

Working Hours

8:00~17:00 (1hour lunch break)
*Overtime work may occur

Holidays

Saturdays, Sundays, Other days as specified by the company (124 non-working days per year)
*10 days of annual leave will be provided when 6 months of service is completed.

Bonus

Twice a year (July and December)
Base salary x 2.0 total (Results from previous year is 3.0)
