【Project Engineer】
You will begin by providing on-site support to ensure smooth progress during construction and renovation projects at U.S. military facilities.After joining, you will learn the workflow under the guidance of senior staff, handling tasks such as verifying construction status, preparing documentation, and conducting safety checks.
As you gain experience, you will be able to take on responsibilities in construction management (safety, quality, schedule, and budget control). You will grow into an engineer who supports the entire project by collaborating with stakeholders.
【Electrical and Fire Protection Equipment (Technical Position)】
You will be involved in construction work for automatic fire alarm systems and low-voltage equipment within U.S. military base facilities.After joining the company, you will start with basic tasks such as assisting with fixture installation and wiring work. You will gain skills by working alongside senior employees on-site.
After acquiring knowledge and technical skills, you may advance to roles managing entire construction projects or, in the future, serve as a project manager.
【IT Construction Management (Technical Position)】
You will be involved in the installation of IT and communications equipment (wireless LAN, video conferencing systems, security systems, etc.) for U.S. military and civilian facilities.You will start with assistant construction management duties such as monitoring project progress, preparing documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Specialized IT and network knowledge will be acquired progressively through hands-on experience.In the future, you will be able to take on a key role as a construction management engineer, overseeing entire projects.

【Project Engineer】
Individuals studying civil engineering, architecture, or engineering
(University students must be graduating from a designated department in construction engineering, electrical construction, plumbing construction, or civil engineering)【Electrical/Fire Protection Equipment (Technical Position)】
Individuals studying mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or fire protection equipment【IT Construction Management (Technical Position)】
Individuals studying or interested in electrical engineering or facilities engineering- Required License
・Japanese standard automobile driver's license
- Work Location
- Locations looked after by Tokyo Branch Office. ・Tokyo: Yokota Air Base ・Kanagawa: Yokosuka Naval Base, Camp Zama, Atsugi Air Base ・Civilian Construction Projects within Kanto Region (Tokyo, Chiba, Kanagawa or business trips to major cities nationwide) *Your residential area will be taken into consideration *Your work location may change due to personnel transfers, reassignments, or secondments

【University Graduate】
・¥240,000 ※Engineering major graduates only (Other science majors, please inquire)【Junior College/Vocational School Graduate】
・¥220,000【High School Graduate】
・¥195,000*The above figures represent base salary. Allowances (Regional Allowance: ¥15,000~¥35,000) and bonuses are paid separately.
- Qualification Allowance
The amount varies depending on the type of license or qualification.
(Example)
・First-Class Construction Management Engineer: ¥30,000
・First-Class Electrician: ¥10,000
・Second-Class Electrician: ¥5,000
・TOEIC 900 points or higher or Eiken Grade 1: ¥10,000
・(For foreign nationals) Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT N1): ¥10,000
Etc.*Maximum: ¥50,000
- Commuting Allowance
Applicable when one-way distance is over 2km (Up to 30,000JPY per month)
- Working Hours
8:00~17:00 (1hour lunch break)
*Overtime work may occur- Holidays
Saturdays, Sundays, Other days as specified by the company (124 non-working days per year)
*10 days of annual leave will be provided when 6 months of service is completed.- Bonus
Twice a year (July and December)
Base salary x 2.0 total (Results from previous year is 3.0)- Pay Raise
