We sell and install overseas Network products (Network Cables, Network Racks, Switches, Cable Managers, UPSs, PDUs, etc.) mainly to Multinational companies.
IT Project Managers are responsible for visiting sites in the Kanto area and other parts of Japan to serve as liaisons with customers, making proposals in line with their needs and managing the installation process.
Responsibilities:
・Customer service: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
・Estimation preparation
・Project planning and execution at the jobsite
・Budget management
・Team coordination and training of new recruits
・Liaison with partner companies and subcontractors
・Liaison with related departments within the company (contracts, orders, billing, etc.)
・Quality Assurance: Maintenance and troubleshooting after project completion
・Risk Management
・Documentation and administrative work- Required Skills and Experience
【Required】
・Experience in electrical/IT construction
・Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
・Proficiency in project management software and tools.
・Cabling Knowledge: Understanding of various cabling types (e.g., fiber optic, copper) and standards.
・Network Infrastructure: Familiarity with network design and infrastructure.
・MS Office suite (Excel/Word/Outlook)
・Intermediate level Japanese (conversational)
・Business level English (conversational, reading and writing)【Preferred】
・Experience in Project management
・Experience in Structured cabling related field
・Experience of estimates and budget management- Required License
・Japanese Driver's License
・Legal resident of Japan (Resident / Work visa)- Work Location
- ・Tokyo Branch Office (Sagamihara city, Sagami-ono station) ・Designated jobsite ・Occasional domestic business trips (Osaka, Chiba, or other locations in Japan) *Work location may change due to personnel changes such as reassignment, transfer, and secondment.
- Salary
250,000-370,000JPY per month
Base Salary: 215,000-320,000JPY per month
Area Allowance: 35,000-50,000JPY per month- Qualification Allowance
5,000-50,000JPY (Depends on kinds of license/qualification)
- Commuting Allowance
Commuting Allowance or Commuting Expense (Train or Bus)
**Maximum Amount of Allowance:30,000yen/month
**Commuting by private owned vehicle is conditionally allowed.- Working Hours
8:00~17:00 (1hour lunch break)
** There might be some overtime work- Holidays
Saturdays, Sundays, Other days as specified by the company (124non-working days per year)
** 10 days of annual leave will be provided when 6 months of service is completed.- Bonus
Twice a year (July and December)
Base salary x 2.0 total (Results from previous year is 3.0)- Pay Raise
Once a year (Spring)
