[About Security Services Department]
Our Security Services Department handles a wide range of services for foreign-affiliated companies, from the sale of overseas-manufactured security products (such as access control systems, intrusion detection systems, and video surveillance systems) to their installation.

[Security Project Manager]
This role involves visiting job sites nationwide, primarily in the Kanto region, to provide proposals tailored to customer needs and oversee construction management.
After joining the company, you will accompany senior staff to job sites to learn the workflow and fundamentals of construction through on-the-job training (OJT).
Even if you are transitioning from a different industry, you can thrive by leveraging your sales experience and practical skills.

Main Responsibilities:
・Customer relations (sales, meetings, etc.)
・Preparing quotes
・Project schedule and budget management
・Coordination with subcontractors
・Coordination with internal departments (contracts, ordering, invoicing)
・Maintenance and troubleshooting after project completion
・Administrative tasks such as report preparation

[Security Service Engineer]
You will be responsible for providing highly reliable, secure, and efficient security services to our clients. This includes configuring and managing security services, responding to security incidents, and providing technical guidance on security-related matters. Security Service Engineers collaborate with other IT teams to ensure that the organization’s security posture remains at a high level.
Due to the expansion of our department, we are currently accepting applications from both experienced professionals and those with no prior experience. We also provide training to help you deepen your knowledge of our products and project operations.

Main Responsibilities:
・ Incident response (on-site support, etc.) and troubleshooting
・ Maintenance operations (routine maintenance, power outage response, etc.)
・ General administrative tasks related to the above (quotes, reports, etc.)
・ Handling customer inquiries and complaints
・ Installation support (setup, etc.), periodic inspections, and operational/quality testing

Expected Work Locations:
・ Inzai area, Chiba Prefecture; Sagamihara area, Kanagawa Prefecture; Ome area, Tokyo; Tokyo’s 23 wards; Sagamiono area (Tokyo Headquarters), client locations all over Japan
*We will take your residential area into consideration
*There may be short-term business trips

Work Location
Project sites primarily located in the Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Chiba (Inzai area) regions (Business trips to major regional cities may also be required) *Please note that your work location may change due to personnel changes such as job reassignments, transfers, or secondments.
Salary

Monthly salary: 250,000–350,000 yen
▼Breakdown
Base salary: 215,000–300,000 yen
Area allowance: 35,000–50,000 yen
*Base salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Qualification Allowance

5,000–50,000 yen
Varies depending on the type of license or certification

Commuting Allowance

Commuter pass reimbursement or reimbursement of actual expenses (train or bus)
* Maximum monthly reimbursement for commuter passes: 30,000 yen
* Commuting by private car is permitted, subject to certain conditions.

Working Hours

8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour break)
*Depending on the team you are assigned to, hours may be 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour break)
*Overtime may be required

Holidays

Saturdays, Sundays, Other days as specified by the company (124non-working days per year)
* 10 days of annual leave will be provided when 6 months of service is completed.

Bonus

Twice a year (July and December)
Base salary x 2.0 total (Results from previous year is 3.0)

Pay Raise

Permanent Employee: Once a year (Spring)

Retirement Bonus

Permanent Employee: Applicable to join the system when an employee reaches 1 year of service
