American Engineering Corporation (Head Office: Ginowan City, Okinawa Prefecture; President: Kenneth Mark Exsterstein; hereinafter referred to as “AEC”) became a wholly owned subsidiary of Shimizu Corporation (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Tatsuya Shimmura) and officially joined the Shimizu Group, effective September 1, 2026.
Under this new structure, AEC will continue to build on the technical expertise and experience we have cultivated over the years while further enhancing our services and creating greater value.
There will be no changes to American Engineering Corporation’s company name, location, or business operations.
