This position will work closely with engineers and the on-site construction project team to support the preparation and coordination of architectural and MEP drawings and BIM models.

This role is well suited for someone with hands-on BIM and drafting experience in architectural and/or MEP fields, who can support the project team in preparing construction drawings, as-built drawings, 3D models, coordination drawings, and shop drawings.

Main responsibilities include:
・Prepare and revise architectural and MEP construction drawings
・Prepare as-built drawings
・Create and update 3D BIM models
・Prepare coordination drawings and shop drawings
・Review drawings and specifications
・Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and construction team members
・Support drawing coordination for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and architectural works
・Ensure drawings are accurate and aligned with project requirements
・Provide on-site BIM/drafting support as needed

*Any other works designated by the company

■Requirements:
・Experience in architectural or MEP drafting, and BIM model creation
・Experience using Rebro or Revit
・Ability to prepare 3D models, coordination drawings, and shop drawings
・Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
・Experience working with contractors, engineers, construction firms, or related project teams
・Ability to work with drawings and specifications written in English
・Business-level English or Japanese ability

■Preferred Qualification:
・Bilingual ability in English and Japanese

・Japanese Driver's License

260,000-400,000JPY per month
※Salary is determined by skills and experience

5,000-50,000JPY (Depends on the type of license/qualification)

TOEIC scored over 900: 10,000yen (Note: Candidates from countries where English is an official language are excluded.)

Applicable when one-way distance is over 2km (Up to 30,000JPY per month)
** Free parking lot is available

8：00～17：00 （1hour lunch break)
** There might be some overtime work

Saturdays, Sundays, Other days as specified by the company (124non-working days per year)
** 10 days of annual leave will be provided when 6 months of service is completed.

Twice a year (July and December)
Base salary x 2.0 total (Results from previous year is 3.0)

Once a year (Spring)

Applicable to join the system when an employee reaches 1 year of service
