Performing Maintenance, Repair and Installation of Various Electrical and Mechanical Equipment.

The Maintenance Department consist of two sections: HVAC-R Maintenance Section & General Maintenance Section.
Both sections perform maintenance, repairs and installation of various types of equipment for large or small scale jobs.
The HVAC-R Maintenance Section possesses a wide range of technical capabilities in the maintenance field, but specializes largely in the service & repairs for Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration systems.
The General Maintenance Section has specialized technicians dealing with medical gas, backflow preventers, utilities (water and electrical), mechanical equipment, hydraulic equipment, door locks and many more.
The Maintenance Department has technicians that are trained and experienced in operating, maintaining and repairing various US manufactured equipment. We also have a 24/7 call reception desk and have Technicians on standby for emergency response.
